I had a great Christmas, although my house was full to the brim from days before until yesterday, AND.... I have now started my after Christmas exercise programme to try and get as fit as possible with all the usual circumstances! Lots of Christmas cheer to you all and I look forward to a great 2014! youtube.com/watch?v=In5s7r6...
