Hi everyone, I'm pregnant again! 7 weeks, just had a scan and it's just one this time thank goodness. Heart beat seen and all looking as it should. Really hoping and praying it stays that way. I started taking heparin literally straight away this time then aspirin and so far no bleeding. Come on little bean!!!! Please defy the sticky blood!!!

Congratulations and I wish you all the best :) xx

When I was pregnant the dr put me on clexane. Of course, then, they didn't know I had APS so it was the blind leading the blind. Had a couple of scares on the way but that was down to an idiot registrar. Thankfully my baby was born and she was 9yo 2 weeks ago. Sad thing is I can't have any more children.

Again congratulations and I can't wait to hear of your baby's birth. XxxxX

Thanks for all your kind responses. I didn't know I had APS until after a third trimester loss, a pregnancy that was blighted with problems - those problems all make sense now in light of the diagnosis. I then had an anembryonic pregnancy - apparently unrelated to APS and then a very early miscarriage. I feel at least I am entering this one fully armed to give it the best chance. I will keep everyone posted- good or bad x

Hi and congratulations... I have had 7 miscarriages (6 1st trimester and 1 2nd) and 2 successful pregnancies, although my girls were early and low birth weight, all post diagnosis. I was on clexane for all pregnancies but after my late loss a specialists said I needed steroids for the 1st trimester to stop my body Attacking the feotus. If you ever want anyone to talk to about anything aps pregnancy related feel free to pm me xxx good luck and I'm sending sticky stuff for baby (not for blood lol)

Hugs k xxx
