Hi i am 32 years old i have had fibromyalgia 5 years and chronic fatigue and trigeminal neuralgia resently got dianosed with HS. I am a mum and my partner is also disabled with arthritus and back problems and phoriosis. I cant take pain killers cos any thing higher than paracetamol send me to sleep and i dont want to sleep my life away.

it sounds like your plate is more than full. i am wondering about your supports that you have in place in order for you to have some down time.... for me HS has flared up during stressful times, as most illnesses do. Also it flares up when my weight goes up or just before a menstrual cycle.

I'm happy to say that in my 40s it settled down significantly. But at 32 it was at its height for me. ( chronic severe boils that needed injecting and dressings, surgery to remove tunneling when I was 19, oral meds in my 30s topical treatments etc...

do you have a good doc? That makes a difference. That and self care which is tough to do but I strongly feel is a priority given your other diagnoses as well.
