Good morning, there’s no hard and fast rule as what a rash caused by HIV zero-conversion looks like so the only and best thing for you is to go to your local clinic and get tests for all STIs.

This way you get to know asap and if you do have any, can start treatment. When I contracted HIV from my first girlfriend in 1998 I had flu like symptoms for a few days and that was it. My girlfriend didn’t remember any symptoms when she contracted it.

Good luck mate

This is an unusual rash but doesnt look typical for seroconversion. Did you have a test done ?
