Is this looks like HIV rashes? I am so confused. It has been on my body and leg about 1 year. Help me answer this please.

No , it is not an HIV rash . There are lots of things that can cause skin abrasions , the least likely is HIV . From what is visible in your photo there is no rash there at all .

thanks mr,griffon. you can see some red spots there. sometimes its very itchy.

They may be insect bites , they itch , but that is not an HIV rash .
