Hi there. You say you haven't undergone any tests yet. Do you mean an HIV test or follow up tests for CD4 and viral load? Speaking to the first issue, taking an HIV test will either dispell your worries and give you an incentive to protect yourself in the future, or it will tell you that you have HIV. Knowing your status is the first step in taking care of yourself and your health. There are treatment options today that are easy to take and will keep you healthy. I've been positive for over twenty years, so I know first hand that it is possible to live a long and healthy life with HIV.

If you've had a positive test, congratulations on taking the first step to finding out. The next step is to visit a clinic where you can access medications and learn more.
