Well I've just returned from a great holiday in Gran Canaria- there is no time change there so meds weren't a problem .... BUT it started me thinking if I were to go further afield with a greater time change how would I manage??
Just wondered what everyone else does?? Take meds in middle of night if necessary???

Hello Sweety! Ooh a holiday...that would be nice at the moment. Lucky you, hope you had a good time 😜 Well, Ive been both forward and back through GMT over the years. My logic has always been sticking to the same time as at home. I discussed it with my consultant years ago and he agreed that it was thr best method. It may will mean a gap, bit its not long enough to be an issue (who hasn't missed a dose before/been in the wrong place to take your meds) and doesnt mess up your normal routine.
Had a great time thank you - the dunes are as hot as ever!!
Yes I thought pretty much the same but will have to have a think, if I went to New York for example I'd be eating and taking meds at 4am! So maybe going easy would work better.... have to see but thanks for the advice,
