Hi , I would think that it is unlikely that anyone with HIV would be allowed to be an organ donner because of the posobility of passing on the infection .

To you personally there might be future problems because some HIV medications can cause a loss of kidney function .

Overall donating ( selling ? ) a kidney is not a good idea for someone with HIV .
