I'M feeling a million times better today I hope you all are too!

I'm just about to start painting our dining room then the next goal for today GO OUTSIDE! even if it's just for a stroll in the park.

That's the spirit,no matter how many times..I think you learn that quick on Merseyside especially,I'm waiting to hear about a double lung transplant now,I was put forward as a candidate in march but the hep c ruled me out so was offered treatment for genome 3a ,I've done that now and if it helps anyone,it was easy,and I am not as fatigued as before more appetite and better sleep,still battling depression but I go on the British lung foudation hu site and this helps to speak to some more from the can't breath club,it helps to get chatting when your finding it difficult to cope...like I say I'm waiting now and if they ask do you want to come and have your lungs out ille say yes ille have some of that🙂🙏..take care xalan
