A large part of our work is centred around improving access to cardiac arrhythmia treatment for the patients we speak to on a day to day basis. As such we are thrilled to learn of developments at Milton Keynes Hospital.

The cardiology team there are now fully trained to implant bi-ventricular defibrillators. Prior to this recent development, patients living nearby were required to travel to Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment.

Brilliant work from all involved. We'll continue to working to ensure this treatment, alongside many others, are made available at more centres across the UK. Wish us luck!
