I have searched through the posts about bigeminy and many of them are quite old. I recently had a successful ablation for atrial tachycardia, but now have most incessant atrial bigeminy. There seems to be some varied research out now about atrial bigeminy causing cardiomyopathy. Beta Blockers don't seem to help. Anyone else out there have bigeminy more of the day than NSR? What does your EP/Cardio recommend? I am getting another 48 hr monitor and maybe Verapamil. Its quite upsetting. I'm thankful to be rid of the SVT, but this is also not fun...
