Feels worse than Ectopics

7 years of this feeling, think of rolling you tongue irregulrly heart feeling, my heart at times does that but, then feels like an engine trying to start Bing Bing bang and hate them so much. Just be relaxed talking and it happens, lay down feels like not enough blood is being pumped and heart struggles. Going to get an echo again after 3 years. I'm terrified of them everything and it stops me in my tracks. I just turned 40 and think in to young for this , I'm on thyroxine 7 years and all started after I got it removed. Please anyone tips on how to stop them. Worried the best won't stop and go into cardiac arrest
