We would like to invite you to participate in a research study: AFFIRMO (Atrial Fibrillation Integrated Approach in Frail, Multimorbid, and Polymedicated Older People) Study.

The study is aimed at gaining a better understanding about the experience of living with (patients and caregivers) and of managing (healthcare professionals) multiple chronic conditions of which AF is the most common heart rhythm disorder.

If you would like to participate and offer your support, you can do so anonymously, all you need to do is complete an online survey (5-10 minutes). Please see the link to access the survey below:
