Do you have Atrial Fibrillation?

Are you a Caregiver of someone with Atrial Fibrillation?

Are you a Health Care Professional?

Do you live in the UK?

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study; AFFIRMO (Atrial Fibrillation Integrated Approach in Frail, Multimorbid, and Polymedicated Older People) Study.

The study is aimed at gaining a better understanding about the experience of living with multiple chronic conditions of which AF is the most common heart rhythm disorder.

If you would like to participate and offer your support, you can do so anonymously, all you need to do is complete an online survey (approx 30-40 minutes ) You may also be requested to join an online zoom call? However, you can decide to complete just the survey or the interview, or both!

Please choose the suitable link for you below:

Patient : survey.advicepharma.com/ind...

Caregiver: survey.advicepharma.com/ind...

Health Care Professional : survey.advicepharma.com/ind...

As always, we are very appreciative of your time and support in your participation.
