2 Catheter ablations, one open heart RF ablation, all failed

It has been over 3 months since my open heart RF ablation and my arrhythmia has returned with no respite, for a week now.

Does anyone know what the next step will be? I want to be prepared when I go see my cardiologist again.

So does anyone have any advice on the next step if ablations failed for Afib?

So for anyone who cares or who can learn from my experience. Next step is 10mg bisoprolol for 6 months and then check my ejection fraction, another 6 months and then the same test, if my ejection fraction is below 47% (it is at 52% now) then pacemaker and the doc breaks the alpha node.
