I fin it hard with my Dizzy spells and Fainting attacks because most of the time I get warring sing. Sometimes out of the blue I have Fainting attack I don't get any warring sings. When I do have a Fainting attack I hit my head and my neck , and my back. Then my whole body is sore for quite few days.

Hi Pinkpie95, I know this is challenging. I have an acquaintance who is going through this at the moment. She's fallen, face first, (luckily onto grass) twice now and worries that she'll do the same on concrete, stairs etc. There's not much you can do to to prevent this as it's without warning, so I think it's important to stay off hard surfaces as much as you possibly can, and even if it feels or looks odd, then protect your head with some kind of helmet. Hopefully a cause will be found so that you can have treatment to prevent it happening so suddenly.
