Opinions on my ECG

Hello group! Newbie on the site. I was wondering if there's any professionals on here that could tell me what the in discrepancy is on my ECG please? Its always reported from the machine as normal, but I cant find an answer for the little notches on leads V1 and V2. Are they some kind of incomplete heart block? I am young, relatively healthy, and usually active.

I suggest that you search for EKG reading on the internet. I did see a site where a doctor in the UK teaches doctors how to read EKG's but I did not bookmark it.
