Forceful beats following by a drained feeling

This morning I was just walking around and had 4 back to back forceful beats that I could even hear in my ears. They were not fast, rather slow and forceful (easily felt). Afterwards I felt drained and quite tired for a while. When I woke up in the morning prior to this happening my lower back and stomach were a little sore so maybe this had something to do with it. Not sure. Also when this happens it usually makes me burp air afterwards. Any similar experiences? I hate the feeling when it is happening and I sometimes have a moment of worry that it will not get back to the regular beat, especially when it is that many in a row.

Yes I have them, I call them donkey kicks as it feels as though out of nowhere a donkey has back kicked me in the chest. They are awful, I seem to have them in phases. Been told they are extra strong ectopics.
