Afib but now more Ectopics

Suffer from paroxsysmal Afib, seems to come back every sort of 2-3 months for maybe around a week of on/off Afib, then clears again, taking Calcium channel blocker and flecainde 50mg twice a day (also take PiP) if needed

Noticed last couple days Afib has broke in and out, but geting more palpatations/ectopics , anyone get similar ?

Using Kardia to check afib or normal, but easliy feel/see ectopic on ecg
