Brugada is a diagnosis made based on EKG findings (looks like horse saddles) or genetic testing. Blacking out and skipped beats could be caused by many things outside of Brugada since it’s pretty rare - even in a young male. Best advice is ask for a cardiology referral ASAP for EKG and 48 hr heart monitor. If you can’t get an appt with them within the next few weeks, push your GP for at least a baseline EKG. If you black out again, I recommend going to A&E.
