Has anybody found their ectopics improve overtime with regular exercise? At the moment I seem to notice them more when I do sudden bursts of exercise but everyone keeps telling me it’s important to keep active. Hate these things ☹️. (My echo shows a structurally normal heart)

I believe it's advised to warm up before doing any exercise. Certainly sudden bursts of exercise could cause AF or ectopics to strike.
