My symptoms - vagus nerve

Hi - I was diagnosed with SVT a few months ago. I am on 2.5 mg of Nebivolol twice a day. I wondered about others’ experience of these following symptoms I now have. My heart rate goes up considerably when I lie down on either side and ‘twist’ my stomach in any way. When this happens I sometimes sweat heavily in bed. Why does this heavy sweating occur? Things are usually eased by lying on my back. I now seem to burp and pass wind far more frequently since the SVT diagnosis. Often this bodily process stops my heart racing. I know there is a link between heart and stomach involving the vagus nerve but I’m not clear what’s going on with these symptoms and the best way to remedy them, or if it’s possible? In general when I’m up and about the symptoms largely go until I lie down again at night. Any thoughts or experiences you can share? Many thanks and have a wonderful New Year.
