Chest discomfort with heart failure

Hi, I had heart block and needed a Pm fitted however all tests done on heart were fine. 15 months later PM only in minimal use however I have started to get slight pains in my chest and my daytime resting bpm is in the high 80s to 90s. I am concerned my heart muscle may be struggling hence the high heart rate and wondered if anyone else with heart failure experience chest discomfort. I guess this sounds far fetched but have always been concerned that something must have caused the heart block. Thanks

I would go back and see the consultant without a doubt to try and put your mind at rest.
