Hi All

Just letting everyone know that the HeartHub App will be launching in a couple of weeks.

I’m going to see the final version next week and I’m so excited.

For those who don’t know about it it’s been created for CHD and Heart Failure patients by myself after becoming ill again following years of living a pretty normal life after a Fontan.

You can get more information and sign up to be notified when it’s released on the website

Any questions give me a DM x
