Apple Watch blip or PVC (Premature Ventricular Contraction ectopic beats)?

I would have thought that now we can record ECGs anywhere any time, everyone would be posting ECGs?

I always ignore the first ten seconds of an ECG, as it seems to take time to stabilise, but this is 14 seconds in. (There was what might have been a Premature Atrial Complex earlier).

It is at pulse rate 64, so it should not be a paced beat. (I have not recorded one since I have had the Apple Watch, but had recorded some on the Kardia.)

It does not seem to be a PVC, as there is no missed beat or compensatory pause.

They sapped my atria (Catheter Ablations) - so there are no obvious p-waves.

I did another ECG and it was totally normal (for me).
