Mobitz Type 2 diagnosis

I recently had a sleep study done which I’ve been diagnosed with severe apnea, Mobitz Type 2 heart block and my O2 drops to 75%. I’m scheduled for stress test, echocardiogram and had blood draw. I get dizzy spells, severely fatigued and my resting pulse is consistently 100+. My primary doctor ran a ekg for about 30 seconds and didn’t see anything unusual. My question is could this just be a nocturnal thing? My understanding is that a Mobitz 2 block is permanent and has caused heart damage. Is this also correct?

No idea, but going back to Dr and being persistent, are you getting treated for your sleep apnea too is another thing to look into. Best wishes

What you have described is not anywhere my condition, but having been a bit in and out with Dr's, please write a list. So easy to get in there and get distracted and not have the answers you were needing. Some biggies for everyone should be. Is this permanent? Can I reverse it? What can I do to get my best life with this condition? Good luck with your appointment. :)
