neck pain from pvc's

Does anyboday get neck/collarbone/ shoulder pain from runs of pvc's? how do you alleviate them? is it a sign of anything?

Hi! I have experienced some discomfort in my neck from bounding heart / SVT / panic attack. I am not a doctor but I do know that PVC's can be caused by stress and anxiety which can also cause these sensations of pain and discomfort. I have struggled with PVC's and PAC's which make me panic at times. Then I feel like I am having a heart attack with chest and arm pain. I would speak to your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Thankyou for the reply. I've seen a heart specialist. They've prescribed diltiazem 240mg a day. Some days it works, some days not. I guess I'll have to tolerate them.

Have you spoken to them about maybe changing the dosage or medication? I am on metoprolol 25mg and it works great during the day, but at night I still have some tachycardia and short runs of PVC's PAC's. My doctor told me my heart would never be perfect but that medications help. So far, mine has been very helpful and now I am working on my emotional well being.

I was on Bisoprolol previously and that made my heart beat heavy/forceful. I felt awful. Ive only beem pn this dose of diltiazem a few weeks. I may still get the discomfort ,but I'm free of the other symptoms I had with the Bisoprolol. I see specialist again in July.
