This has left me with LSHF. I have been given 40mg furosemide and 5mg Amiloride the furosemide to be increased to 80mg if needed. Although this has improved the outcome I am still quite breathless. do I accept this or pursue things further? I have to return to my EP on 22nd of March or cancel if I am happy.

I am sorry to hear that you are still breathless. I'd certainly keep your appointment in March.
I hope more people with some knowledge and experience will respond. Perhaps posting on the AFA forum may bring a few replies.
