Get up and move around for a few minutes

I've had the same issue for about a year now. Chest vibrating on the left side. I've found that most times I have air in my built up somewhere in my digestive tract and that standing and moving around for a few minutes will dislodge it and it passes quickly.

Hmm.. funny you say that. I have that feeling often and it’s when I’m up moving around. It just happened to me that’s why I’m sitting here on this forum. But that makes sense. I have lots of digestive issues!
