I take it for avnrt/paroxysmal SVT with episodes of 220-230 bpm. I think it makes me very tired. I had an episode a year and half into taking it. So I take nadalol and flecainide now since May 2018. So far no episodes. Still anxious about having another episode. I'm 49.my episodes started at 36. I had a failed ablation.
