Change in arrhythmia

Hi, not posted for ages. Has anyone had experience of having pacemaker fitted for one arrhythmia (bradycardia, heart block) and then after fitted start to get a different arrhythmia (tachycardia)? Just trying to find out if this is normal and PM settings need adjusted or unusual to be happening. Cardiologist wants a holter monitor fitted to track what heart is now doing. Thanks for any advice.
