We now have funding for 15 registrations to patients who have been diagnosed with SVT or PSVT to attend the Arrhythmia Alliance patients day on Sunday 7th October.
Normal registration cost is £35 to include lunch and refreshments.
These places are on a first come, first served basis, and we expect them to fill up quickly, so you must register soon.
