I had a Possible paroxysmal afib episode 2 weeks ago had bisoprolol 2.5mg for a few days, felt terrible dropping my BP too much. Stopped it at GP instruction on Friday. I have now developed tachycardia, BP seems ok but on the low side. (I have a murmur, fheumatic fever as a child.) Any thoughts, I am waiting next GP visit on Thurs, and other tests whenever they come through.

Cheers Joy
