I get lots of these too someone said it's not quite AF but not normal either

Well it is irregularly irregular and p waves are not clearly visible, but the baseline is not steady.

So in conclusion this is may be af or pacs, but difficult to be certain. Hence the unclassified report

Send if off to the clinician it cost £5 and you can get a report. It can say unclassified for me if I've exercised.

Hard to say what happened. The normal RR distance on these record is ~4 squares. PACs RR distance are ~3 squares. Compensation RR distance after PAC ~5 squares. BUT after the last PAC-compensation pair there is no P wave present anymore. The RR distance varying randomly (no anymore PACs compensation pairs). This rhythm is called irregularly irregular. Tha lack of P wave and the irregularly irregular rhythm are hallmarks of the aFib. The baseline is flat, not fibrillating, but on high baseline fibrillation freqency some devices can't record the baseline "trembling). The frequency remained clearly low which is a point against the fibrillation.

Conclusion: Really not possible classify. Better quality and longer record is needed. If this afib like low heart rate rhythm really exist on a good quality ECG, then you need an experienced electrophysiologist, who can interpret the phenomenon.

Just for better understanding I will make a separate new post with above ECG picture, where I added the annotations.

Sometimes I get the ups and downs in the baseline like yours when I haven't held it really, really still. As DrDunc says on the table.
