I am diabetic since 10 years of course under contol .I use only one tablet Glycomet GP 2 Fort before beakfast. I do good one hour walking in the morning but I am suffering from IBS (irriatble Bowel syndrome) how to get rid off that ? please advise ? I am male aged 56 years
