Bisoprolol & chest tightness linked?

Saw my GP yesterday for a follow up. Explained I've felt worse daily since being disgnosed with svt. I've not had a full blown episode but I am almost constantly dealing with chest tightness/pressure & although its not painful its very uncomfortable. It comes & goes but nothing I do helps.

I thought maybe it could be the meds as I've felt worse rather than better. Has anyone else had this?

My GP couldn't really answer why it won't go . My heart rate etc is fine so no problems there.

No one has sat down & answered any of my questions & I'm starting to worry I'm going to feel this bad all the time.
