Having trouble getting to sleep? Numerous times eat that, don't eat that before you go to bed? What are the worst ones to avoid?

I get grumbling stomach, caused by numerous medical conditions, I usually do 2,000 metres on exercise bike in the evening, but I usually have a banana to stop the expectant' noisy stomach' but like eating something like cheese, which I know from experience is a definite 'no no'!
