Love to keep fit eat Welland have great times with the family. .8 years with non hodgkin's with no treatment. .have just started treatment now. .For me the foods and staying fit and a good prayer is what helped. .positively staying strong in mind. .

well you look strong im just looking at those muscles.i hope everything goes well with your treatment. and and your eating and staying fit, im been doing a bit of exercise myself this last few days and its making me feel so much better.all the very best love grace xoxoxo
