Dinner yesterday, sweet heart cabbage, firm tofu,vegetables and lentil fritters (oven baked) with tempura batter, 1 egg again egg replacer works, also potatoes starch works if no tempura to be found.Cauliflower hash brown ( l will make these myself next time too greasy), grilled aubergines in tomatoes sauce topped with feta cheese have used vegan cheese but all out yesterday. Very filling and some fritters left for lunch today topped with mayonnaise.
