Ooh thank you for sharing, Lentil Lasagne and Lentil Cottage Pie - yummy.

Ah, you are from the North, fabulous area, I love the North. My dad was from Durham.

We holiday in the Lake District every year, obviously not last year and possibly not this either, and shop in Booths in Keswick.

Excellent post, thank you.

Alicia 🙏😋 xx

I just found it amazing how she overcame her obstacles and her son's allergies by inventing frozen desserts and from scratch home cooked allergy free meals! Then Dragons Den? Courageous 😃👍 With the help of 2 Dragons she achieved all this! What an inspiration for young people!

Thought it would make some people on here make their day Alicia!

I will try a ready meal and a frozen dessert for a treat tomorrow 😋

An absolute inspiration and what an amazing young woman. It takes a lot of courage to appear on Dragon's Den, amazing.

I totally agree, such a fantastic story and thank you for sharing.

Enjoy one of the ready meals and frozen dessert, I may also look out for those when next in Tesco so thank you.

Alicia 😋😋🌈👍

Yes I let you know how they tasted tomorrow night Alicia! Not sure what I fancy as main meal but sure it will come to me 😉

I have to say they do look good and I'm going to have to give them a go if my tummy will like the ingredients but I'm sure it will :)

Yes I am sure! Her little son had severe allergies to some food and that's why she has a this amazing business! It's great! And if life goes back to normal, her ready meals and desserts would make a nice treat now and then!My youngest son has a gluten allergy!

I shall recommend this to him as well! But he loves cooking for his little family of 4 😍

It's so hard when children have allergies. My eldest granddaughter sometimes gets an upset tummy and bless her she reacts to raisins and grapes which she loves, why always the healthy food. I think people like that are amazing when they don't give in and work hard to find out what works.

Definitely the ready meals would be a lovely treat as otherwise we are tied to the kitchen all the time. That's hard that your son has a gluten allergy, you have to check all packets, that's what takes me so long when shopping if I buy anything ready made hence I basically make all my own food.

Yes that would be good as he would probably get some inspiration from reading what she has done as well.

Alicia 🤗🥰

He doesn't live with me Alicia but he loves cooking! Paleo and gluten free 😘

He lives in Wednesbury and got 2 small children! He's also engaged but we have to wait to have a wedding 😃

in reply to Snowdrops_17

He's certainly a healthy cook, well done to him.

I hope you'll be able to celebrate a wedding if not this year then next. 💍🔔

That would be wonderful. We have a wedding to go to this year in September, I hope it still goes ahead.
