Day 354: Looking Back.

Morning all. I have been reflecting this morning on my year and my commitment for the future. One of the things I have learnt about me is that if I make quitting or not doing something an option, then it remains an option and it is generally the one I have taken a lot over the last few months, much to the detriment of my waistline. I hope you all have a great Christmas!

I’ve read your blog Sean and I’ve said this before to you teaching isn’t easy it really drains you I’ve been there. This is compounded by the Covid business which has made it even more difficult. Don’t beat yourself up about enjoying treats after you’ve been working all day. Just draw a line now I think once you start exercising again you’ll be physically more tired and sleep better. Hopefully that will be a healthy asleep I also sleep much better when I’ve not had alcohol it sends you to sleep but you wake up halfway through the night and then can’t get off again well that happens to me have a well deserved rest enjoy your holiday you deserve it

Best wishes

Jeff
