This is one of the recipes I first started cooking with..

In many opinions and views are Sausages unhealthy well there are ways and means to remove fat which describe in this recipe..

Always buy good quality Chipolatas high percentage of sausage meat makes the difference.

Usually anything over 90% will normally do or around that.

Has to be simple easy can add Penne or Fusilli.

Few ingredients..

Need the following home made Pasta sauce.

One jar passata or carton add Onions, garlic and tomato puree touch of sugar or use tomato ketchup a touch.

Garlic use powder use dried herbs Italian mix or use Parsley or use Oregano.

Once made the base add any thing you like mushrooms, chillies or even use this as a base for casserole ragu..

Your sauce saves your a lot of money never really used jar sauces too much money.

Freeze this in zip bag sauce bags ..

One pack chipolatas pork ones.

Pasta your choice.

Fennel seeds one teaspoon ..

Method.

Remove skins sausages dice chop up in pan little bits fry seperate pan oil fat if any comes out no need oil.. Drain on kitchen towel .

Note can brown quickly..

Make sauce portion to another pan add drained sausage meat warm through add Fennel seeds..

Fennel Pork best friends helps..

Add to any drained pasta your choice..
