Well if itβs a piece of cheese, coffee with cream, yoghurt, esp full fat or Greek, or some nuts (plain almonds, walnuts, Brazilβs) go for it. Should feel βnaughtyβ enough (although that is a mindset to get away from) to satisfy without doing too much damage - not talking huuuge portions π. Or find something to do until it passes. Grapes are great as a snack as theyr'e nutritional and natural with vitamins and minerals. And you can a remind yourself of your goal...so good luck. π

Sometimes getting involved in a task that takes your concentration - like a word-search, star jumps or dancing, or maybe a walk somewhere - maybe something like that might help.

Thanks guys for all your suggestions, i took a small bite out of my son and husbands pie, then wished i hadnt i was too tired to do anything physical as i had been running around all day and doing house work. The craving lasted a good few hours i went to bed early to watxh tv something i dont do very often but this morning i have woke up and so grateful that i resisted and maybe it wasbjust because i felt so tired i wanted to comfort eat. Anyway ππͺ i didnt, mind refocused on today, off for a run at 9 once i take my son to school that always makes me feel good.
