Hello every one been cooking for freezer this week.
These I cook all the time, who needs a take out .
Healthier make own used Slow Cooker so easy.
CHICKEN AND TURKEY CURRY
Ingredients
One bag diced fresh or frozen Onions.
Chicken diced or Turkey or use Thighs diced up. Garam Masala one teaspoon.
Vegetable sauce to make first.
Pack Butternut Squash and Sweet potatoes Soup mix or pack for roasting.
Curry powder one teaspoon.
Stock cube.
Note often do this with Curries add a vegetable sauce more veggie power to the dish, five a day.
Method
Make sauce add to saucepan Butternut Squash Sweet Potato Pack . Curry Powder, Stock and let it simmer .
Till soft veggies add when cooled down to a blender blitz sieve sift and add to Slow Cooker.
Add Garam Masala to Slow Cooker stir in.
Add Chicken or Turkey and let it cook four hours low, then cool.
Add to freezer bags or soup sauce bags. Add when defrosting any veggies. Rice and Chickpeas,
Note I do not add Coconut Milk when freezing just add it when defrosting.
Choice have done so before and sometimes can look too milky watery so add when defrosting.
Also how much if you doing portions for one need all that.
Matter of choice.
