That looks rather tasty. I like eggs and I like avocado. But I've never had them together. How did you cook the avocado, or is it raw?

It’s raw, finely chopped onions and garlic and salt and pepper. Dead easy!

That's great. I've got some avocados in the fridge. Once they ripen, I'll give it a shot.
