A very intersting Survey conducted by the European Union Consumer Organisation (BEUC).

The detailed Survey report was released this month June 2020, though the Survey was conducted during Pre-Covid days in Oct- Nov 2019 among consumers of 11 nos of EU Nations.....

Had the Survey been conducted post Covid19, perhaps the results would have been different.
