I came across this recipe which looked yummy. I’ve made it up and it’s in the fridge ready for breakfast tomorrow. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding....

It was very nice and very filling! It said maple syrup was optional. I included it and I think the sweetness was just right.

Just looked at the recipe and sounds really filling and tasty. This could be a great one for me when on a late shift!
