I am getting very frustrated with trying to understand how to use this forum of weigh in , so if I click on weigh in link do I then press write button?

If you look under the first post, there should be a box to write your comment in. Don't click write, as that starts a new thread altogether, click reply (the same way you replied to this post).

Weigh in posts tend to be over in "NHS weight loss", while this is "healthy eating". Are you definitely a member of NHS weight loss?
