80 next birthday! I don't know how that happened so quickly. I have great trouble with my knees, making my mobility very poor. The hospital x-rayed them and said . . .'it's not arthritis'. Very helpful.
I manage as best I can but find housework very difficult now. Thank God for my mobility scooter. It means that I can still get to the shops and do my own shopping.

Please try to do short walks, my mum lived till she was 95, but because she relied on her scooter too much, in the end her legs stopped working. I believe if she had gone for short walks she would have found it easier in the end.
Well, it's kind of you to take an interest but I have the scooter because I can only manage short walks. The thing is . . . if you take a walk, you have to walk back again and, if you can't, then you're stuck!

[She made it all the way to 9️⃣6️⃣. 👵 (That’s a lot of breakfasts. 😁 )]

Thank goodness for mobility scooters! 🧑🦼 (A world of difference from being home bound 🏠 and being able to go out to shops 🛒 🛍 .)
You cracked me up 😂: yes, it’s fine walking 🚶 ➡️ 1 way, but having to turn around ↪️ & walk back can be difficult (near impossible) . [We can only sit 🪑 to rest & try to hobble back when our ’knees 🦵🦵💥 are gone’. 🤦 . . . And, can only hope 🤞🤞 our ’knees will return’. 😁 ☺️ ]
Hoping 🙏 you can find someone to come in to do the housework 🧹 🧽 🧺 . [We’ve learned to ’let go’ & not fuss/ worry about it as much.] But, there are things that need doing 🍽 🥣 & having a helping hand ✋ is much appreciated 🙏 😌.
