I just noticed this "Learn all about cholesterol and ways to manage it using this new online programme from the British Heart Foundation." and it got me thinking of a video, a very informative video called 'What The Health', that was relating to cholesterol, diabetes and other things.

If you find information on how to manage cholesterol that is said to be from the British Heart Foundation then they are most probably giving out information that is likely to give you heart problems.
